[Important] RULES/ Clarifications

(Please read until the end. Not following these rules lead to consiquences. PLease mostly read and understand the rule at the very end that is typed in bold red, but also READ THE WHOLE THING)

s1)RULES.
--for all members--
1. Please listen to all CEOs at all times. ALL of them. And Follow the instructions on the welcome messege. We CEOs always try to do the best for you, we promise! We (I) might seem strict at times, but we care for you!

2.Every time there's a new post on announcements, MAKE SURE TO READ IT.

3.If you are given a project, with a due date, we expect you to do it by that due date. If you're busy, don't hesitate to tell us ahead of time. Tell us right when we give you the project or right when you get too busy. Also please inform atleast one of us if you are gonna be inactive for any reason. Vacation, testing etc... We are really not too fond of all the unfinished projects. We download the singing parts but it never gets done because so many people don't do their jobs. It wastes computer space =[

4.[Upon approval] Try to make friends with the other members by posting a short (or long, whatever floats your boat) introduction at the trainees section. And comment other peoples' too! Remember, We want a family!

5. DO NOT JOIN IF YOU ARE ALREADY PART OF ANOTHER PERMANENT VOCAL COLLAB GROUP. You have to pick one or the other. Temporary vocal groups are okay since there's no commitment, just don't neglect us, and don't neglect them.

6. If you join a vocal group that is not part of AME, make sure NEVER to use their projects as an excuse for not doing ours. It's not our fault you joined two =P

7.The password that we ask for on the audition form is '11408'

We understand you're here to have fun, and at times us CEOs are very serious. Well, how can we get anything done if we just let things hang loose? If you have any complaints, feel free to. Just messege some of us. Requests/complaints/suggestions are always welcome.

Please know that we need your as much, or maybe more than how much you find us interesting!

s2)-------About getting fired and or put on the warning list-------

If you neglect your duties for a long time or do not follow the rules you will be put in the warning list. If you do anything too terrible, you will be fired.

So, what happens when you are on the warning list is you will be given projects you are expected to do, and if you don't do them, you will be fired. You also will not be allowed to participate in some activities. If you are fired, you may audition again, but there is a biiig chance you won't be allowed back in. It depends on what you did wrong.

After about 3-5 completed warning list projects, you will take a short break, meaning you don't have to do the current or next project for the trainees. But after that, things will get back to normal. You will be expected to be more active after that though. Our 3-5 projects will be one after another with quicker due dates. Tough job XD

Now, if you want to avoid being put on the warning list, but you can't do a project, all you have to do is tell us and you will be excused:]

After 3 warnings(By that I mean being put in the warning list 3 times) you will be fired.

Extreme inactivity, disrespect, and unfaithfulness will also lead to being fired. As in, join another company and you will be destroyed. JK you'll just get fired.

There will be seperate Artist and trainee auditions. Only trainees can audition to be artists. We'll cross that bridge when we get there..
Basically, nobody is an artist until you've auditioned for it and have passed that test. If you are auditioning or applying, the password for the form is: AMEfam2010


s3)*UPDATE Feb 20 2010* No music selling shall go on. We're pureley non-profit. NO MUSIC SELLING SHOULD HAPPEN AT ALL. If you want to sell your own music that you have composed yourself, please do not involve AME in it at all. We will not be held responsible for what you do. I REPEAT WE ARE PURELY NON-PROFIT AND NO PROFIT AT ALL THAT HAS TO DO WITH MUSIC SHALL BE MADE.

Though we all have different duties, we are one. So don't expect to get away with being rude to any of us, please =.=
